MY STORY

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with pregnancy, the miracle of birth, and sweet little babies! As the years went on, this interest inevitably led to a passion for maternal and newborn care. 

This calling led me to pursue an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree (Health Studies) and a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree (Midwifery) from McMaster University. I went on to expand my knowledge and experience and become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Having had three beautiful sons of my own, I understand and empathize with the anxiety and fear many women associate with pregnancy, labour, delivery, and caring for a newborn. Your journey into parenthood will be supported through both my personal experience and education, giving you the confidence you need during this very special time.
